Mrs. DiMartino joined ALV in 2021 to serve as a Project Manager/Owner’s Representative. With over 17 years of construction experience, Clarissa has gained a keen sense of industry insights and is known for her strong leadership and project management skills.  Before joining ALV, Clarissa worked at The Kolter Group, recognized as one of the largest Developers in North America. During her 16- year tenure, she worked in both the Hospitality and Luxury High-Rise division as a Project Manager/Owners Rep and Procurement Executive. Tasked with overseeing the delivery of multi-million-dollar luxury condominiums such as 100 Las Olas, Water Club Towers, and 5000 North Ocean.  Mrs. DiMartino’s applied problem solving and organizational skills resulted in the timely delivery of units on schedule and within budget time and time again.  Clarissa holds a Project Management Degree from Palm Beach State College and is currently pursuing her General Contractors License through Gold Coast.
