Mr. DiCiaula joined ALV in 2021 to serve as a Project Manager/Owner’s Representative.  Nick has over 30 years of experience in the industry working for high-profile companies in both the US and Canada, where he has held similar positions with Kolter Urban, a luxury condo developer, and Senior Project Manager with Tucker Hi-Rise and Caliber Structures. Nick applies his expert knowledge and industry experience in all facets of the construction and development processes from conception through completion.  His knowledge, analytical and organizational abilities, along with his extensive skill set, enable him to provide oversight, strategic recommendations for streamlining project activities as needed to meet project schedules and budgets, as well as issue resolution.  Mr. DiCiaula holds a Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Sciences, Majoring in Project Management from Ryerson Polytechnical University in Toronto, Canada.
