Adam Daszkal graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a BBA in Finance and is currently completing his master’s degree in the Science of International Real Estate at Florida International University. Mr. Daszkal is a development associate with an acumen for research and financial underwriting of real estate investments. He is experienced in the areas development financing, acquisitions and underwriting, multi-family operations, and analyzing complex legal agreements. Mr. Daszkal has been involved in the financing of multi-family, mixed-use, office and retail assets.

Prior to joining ALV, Adam worked for a developer of luxury condominiums, hotels and multi-family apartments, where he was able to increase underwriting efficiencies, organize and manage the financial reporting of an operating portfolio exceeding 2MM leasable SF, and lead the reporting, maintenance and compliance of a large debt portfolio.
